# Web Search

> Automatic search for current information — Russian content filtered

    ## How Web Search Works

    Lapathoniia Chat automatically decides whether search is needed. When activated, a cascade of four sources runs:

    ```
    Tavily → Exa → DDG + Miyami
    ```

    All results are filtered for Russian sources (`.ru`, `.рф` domains, `/ru/` paths, Cyrillic Ы/ё/э characters).

    ## Content Filtering

    * ❌ Domains `.ru`, `.рф`, `.su`
    * ❌ URL paths `/ru/`, `/russian/`
    * ❌ Content with Russian-only characters (Ы/ё/э)
    * ❌ \~120 blocked propaganda/IPSO domains
    * ✅ Ukrainian, international, English sources

    ## How Web Search Works

    Lapathoniia Chat автоматично вирішує, чи потрібен пошук. При активації виконується каскад із чотирьох джерел:
